Penguatan Status Gizi Penderita Stroke pada Tingkat Keparahan Berbeda di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta

Abstract


Tingkat keparahan stroke merupakan prediktor penting bagi keluaran pasien stroke. Stroke merupakan kasus terbanyak di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta (RSPON) yaitu sebanyak 4421 kasus rawat inap pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status gizi berdasarkan skor IMT dengan tingkat keparahan stroke di RSPON. Desain penelitian ini adalah kohort retrospektif. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 4421 pasien. Variabel penelitian meliputi jenis stroke, jenis kelamin, usia, status gizi dan tingkat keparahan stroke. Analisis data yang dilakukan berupa analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi pasien stroke iskemik dan perdarahan di RSPON pada tahun 2023 terbanyak laki-laki, usia ≥61 tahun, status gizi normal, dan tingkat keparahan stroke ringan. Kategori status gizi underweight pada kasus stroke iskemik terbukti signifikan secara statistik meningkatkan risiko terhadap tingkat keparahan stroke yang lebih berat.
